Disable DAI runtime systems a project does not need.

Configuration

DAI 4.1 exposes optional modules under the common configuration [modules] section. They default to enabled for compatibility.

Performance behavior: module gates are used at bootstrap/tick/action/data-loader boundaries where supported. Startup-sensitive re-enabling should be followed by a full restart.
